“ Excellent food. My husband was a chef for 30 years and said it was one of the best steak sandwiches he’s ever eaten. Good choice of gluten free options too. Lovely friendly service and very efficient. We enjoyed our lunch so much we visited again for afternoon tea the following day. Loved the gluten free Victoria sponge. ”

“ We had a very nice meal on 18 August after running a 5 mile trail race in the grounds of Abbotsford. The soup and the salted caramel cake were delicious, as was the green tea. The service was excellent and the view superb. ”
“ Absolutely fabulous, food amazing, staff friendly and considerate, asking if we minded a table next to.us having a dog, which we found very considate as we had a young toddler with us who is very curious, amd we also have allergies. Staff were super friendly with our toddler, and interacted with him so well! It made such a difference to him being ignored etc in cafes ”
“ We enjoyed the food. I went for the small fish,chips,tartar sauce and mushy peas. It was absolutely delicious and well cooked. Wished I had gone large afterwards. My wife had a smoked salmon sandwich with cream cheese, pickled dill cucumber, salads, crisps and coleslaw. It was also good. ”

(This was due to being the 1st day opening after the winter season) Even going as far to reduce our bill (Drinks). It was exceptionally clean and will definately be returning. ”

Was pleased at there being good vegan choices on the menu. I had a vegan cheese sandwich, and other half had haggis brunch.
